Pre-Order Policy

At NMPC India, we offer select products on a pre-order basis to ensure customers get access to upcoming and limited-stock items.

1. What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it is officially available in India. These products are already confirmed for import and are in production or transit.

2. Dispatch Timeline

Estimated dispatch timelines are clearly mentioned on the product page.

Dispatch dates are best estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, logistics delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once the product reaches our warehouse and clears QC, orders are dispatched in the sequence they were placed.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.

Prices offered during the pre-order period are introductory and may be lower than the regular selling price.

4. Order Cancellation

Pre-order purchases cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Please ensure you review the product details and estimated timelines carefully before placing a pre-order.

5. Refund Policy

In case a pre-order is cancelled by us due to supply issues, a full refund will be issued.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

Delays caused by customs, shipping lines, port congestion, government regulations, or natural events are beyond our control.

NMPC India will keep customers informed in case of any significant delay.

7. Warranty & Support

All pre-order products are covered under the same warranty and after-sales support as regular purchases, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
