Unboxing Video Guidelines

Shipping is a critical stage in your online buying experience. Since it involves third-party courier services and potential human error, any issues must be properly documented. The only valid proof for claims of damage or incorrect delivery is a continuous unboxing video.

Without an unboxing video, we will not entertain any queries related to damage, missing items, or wrong products.
This applies to all purchases from our website.

Before You Accept the Delivery

  • Inspect the package before signing/accepting it.
  • If it looks tampered or repacked:
    • Take clear pictures of all sides.
    • Reject the delivery.
    • Email the images to mauryaperipheral@nmpc.in for verification.
    • If confirmed okay, delivery will be reattempted next day; otherwise, the product will be reshipped.

How to Record the Unboxing Video

  1. Place the camera/phone on a stable surface in a well-lit area.
  2. Show the shipping label clearly (must include tracking number, your address, and product details).
  3. Show all sides of the sealed package to prove it hasn’t been opened before.
  4. Open the package on camera without taking it out of frame.
  5. Once opened:
    1. Check if the product is correct and undamaged.
    2. If correct and intact, you’re done!
  6. If damaged, show:
    1. The product box from all sides.
    2. The actual damage to the product.
  7. If wrong product, show:
    1. All sides of the product box.
    2. All labels on the box.
  8. Do not break the product seal — keep it as delivered.

Important Rules

  • The video must be continuous — no cuts, pauses, or edits.
  • The package and product must remain in the frame at all times.
  • Missing or incomplete video = no claim possible.
