Processing Time

• Shipping includes packaging, pickup, and transit.
• Packaging & pickup take 1–2 business days (excluding holidays).

Delivery Timelines (After Pickup)

• Free / Standard Delivery: 4–10 business days
• Express Delivery: 2–4 business days
• Timelines vary based on your location — we ship from Mumbai, Maharashtra.
• Once shipped, you can track your order online. The expected delivery date shown is approximate and may change.

Time-Sensitive Orders

If you have a strict delivery deadline:

• Consider placing your order later, or
• Place your order and request us to ship at a later date.

We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date or deadline unless explicitly confirmed by us in writing.

Delays

• Unexpected delays may occur due to courier partner operations, weather conditions, holidays, natural events, technical issues, remote-area restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are dependent on the courier service.
• Delays caused by the courier partner do not qualify for a refund of shipping charges.
• Shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable once the order has been shipped/picked up, including in cases where delivery is delayed by the courier partner.
• Cancellations due to delays will incur charges as per our Cancellation Policy.

• We use trusted third-party courier services.
• While we don’t control courier operations or their delivery timelines, we do our best to ensure timely and safe delivery.
• Any delay after the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner is subject to the courier partner's operations and service conditions.
