Refund policy

A. Order Cancellation

We allow customers to cancel their orders, unless it is specifically mentioned on the product page that the item is non-cancellable.

Cancellation charges based on payment method:

  • UPI / Paytm Wallet – 2% of order value
  • Credit Card – 3% of order value
  • Other payment methods (Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.) – 2% of order value

Once a tracking ID is generated, the order is considered shipped. Shipped orders can still be cancelled but will attract cancellation charges, including forward shipping, return shipping, fulfilment costs, and payment gateway fees.

Fee structure (if not shipped):

  • UPI / Paytm Wallet – 2% of order value
  • Credit Card – 3% of order value
  • Other payment methods – 2% of order value

Fee structure (Shipped orders – Free shipping):

  • Small accessories – ₹120 (Forward ₹50 + Return ₹50 + Fulfilment ₹20)
  • Keycaps / Large accessories – ₹210 (Forward ₹90 + Return ₹90 + Fulfilment ₹30)
  • Keyboards & Large items – ₹350(Forward ₹150+ Return ₹150 + Fulfilment ₹50)

Fee structure (Shipped orders – Express Delivery):

  • Small accessories – ₹180 (Forward ₹80 + Return ₹80 + Fulfilment ₹20)
  • Keycaps / Large accessories – ₹270 (Forward ₹120 + Return ₹120 + Fulfilment ₹30)
  • Keyboards & Large items – ₹650 (Forward ₹300 + Return ₹300 + Fulfilment ₹50)

Applicable charges:

  • UPI / Paytm Wallet – Shipping + 2% of order value
  • Credit Card – Shipping + 3% of order value
  • Other payment methods – Shipping + 2% of order value

B. Returns & Replacements

An unboxing video is mandatory for claims such as “Used / Damaged / Defective / Wrong product delivered.”

Returns or Replacements are only done if there is manufacturing defect, software issues.

B1. Return Window

Requests must be raised within 7 Days of delivery. After this, issues will be treated under warranty (if applicable). Electronics are eligible for replacement only, refunds are issued if the product is out of stock. Proof of purchase is required.

B2. Damaged/Defective/Wrong Product Received

  • Provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video uploaded online.
  • Do not use the product; keep it sealed with all accessories intact.
  • If the returned product shows usage, only 70% of its value will be refunded.

B2.1. Delivery marked but item not received

If courier marks an order delivered but you haven’t received it, notify us within 48 hours. Courier investigations can take up to 10 working days.

B3. Refund Timelines

Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. If not received, contact your bank first, then our support team. Replacement or exchange will be delivered with in 5 to 10 business days

B4. Clearance Items

Clearance items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced/sale items qualify for refunds.

B5. Replacements & Refunds

  • Defective products are inspected within 2 business days. Refunds or replacements are processed after inspection.
  • Damaged-in-transit claims are resolved after courier investigation.
  • Return pickup is free within the return window (where available). For warranty cases, customers must ship items at their own expense. Paid pickup (₹150) may be available.
  • We are not responsible for transit damage due to poor packing during return.
