NMPC INDIA Product Warranty – Complete Guide

At NMPC INDIA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This guide explains our product warranty policy, which covers manufacturing defects and related services. Please review this carefully to understand what’s included and how to proceed with a warranty claim.

Warranty Coverage Overview
• Discounted or Clearance Items: 7-day warranty, limited to out-of-box defects only  
• Keyboards: Warranty terms as stated on the individual product page (excludes internal battery and USB cable)  
• Internal Battery & USB Cable: Covered by a 6-month warranty  
• Eligibility Criteria: Only products with a specified warranty on the product page qualify for coverage

What We Cover and What We Don’t
• Covered: Defects in materials or workmanship due to manufacturing errors  
• Not Covered:  
   - Accidental or external damage (misuse, incorrect installation, accidents, power issues)  
   - Tampering or unauthorized repairs  
   - Damage from natural disasters, water, fire, rust, or corrosion  
   - Software or firmware issues caused by updates or third-party applications

Warranty Claims and Process
• Email: Send your claim to mauryaperipherals@nmpc.in  
• Information Required:  
   - Proof of Purchase (Invoice/Receipt)  
   - Description of the issue  
   - Supporting evidence (clear photos or videos)  
• Evaluation: We will assess your claim. If eligible, we’ll proceed with repair or replacement

Shipping Details for Warranty Service
• Customer’s Responsibility: You cover the shipping charges to send the product to us  
• Return Shipping: We cover return shipping costs for repaired/replaced products  
• Pickup Service: ₹200 fee applies if you opt for pickup (if available)  
• Cleaning Fee: ₹100 applies if products are sent dirty (dust, hair, etc.)  
• Rejected Claims: If your claim is not approved, you must pay ₹300 to cover two-way shipping

Refunds When Replacement is Not Possible
• 0–3 months: 80% refund  
• 4–6 months: 75% refund  
• 7–9 months: 70% refund  
• 10–12 months: 60% refund  

Deductions for Missing Items:  
• USB Cable: ₹300  
• Switch/Keycap Puller: ₹250  
• Extra Switches: ₹25 per switch (₹100 for 4 switches)  
• Wrist Pad: ₹500

Exclusions to Warranty
• Misuse, modification, or incorrect handling/installation  
• External factors like accidents, power failures, or natural events (water/fire damage)  
• Unauthorized repairs or tampering  
• Sticker/serial number tampering or removal  
• Use of incompatible/non-genuine accessories  
• Firmware/software issues  
• Environmental damage such as rust, burns, or corrosion
